Romanesco broccoli

 

Recipe :

 

 

 

400g of Romanesco broccoli

 

40 g olives

 

3 anchovy fillets in oil

 

1 clove of garlic

 

extra virgin olive oil

 

1 chilli pepper

 

 

 

Boil the cabbage for 10 minutes.

 

In a pan put the anchovies, chilli pepper, minced garlic and extra virgin olive oil sauté for a couple of minutes, then add the Roman broccoli and the sauteed olives for 8 minutes.
